Tina Sacks is an assistant professor at the UC Berkeley School of Social Welfare. Her fields of special interest include racial disparities in health; social determinants of health; race, class and gender; and poverty and inequality.
Amani M. Allen is Associate Professor of Community Health Sciences and Epidemiology at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Public Health, where her research focuses on race and socioeconomic health disparities and the measurement and study of racism as a social determinant of health.
Samir Gambhir works as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) researcher and manager of Opportunity Mapping program at the Othering & Belonging Institute. He has more than 9 years of experience in the field of mapping, spatial analysis and web-GIS. He has research experience in the areas of social justice, racial equity, planning, health and business, with a focus on human geography. Prior to joining the Othering & Belonging Institute, Samir worked as GIS Manager for Centre for Global Health Research (CGHR), Toronto.
