Tom Sgouros is a public finance expert and data scientist. Formerly the Senior Policy Advisor to the R.I. General Treasurer, he now works at the Brown University Center for Computation and Visualization.

Wendy Ake is the director of the Haas Institute’s Just Public Finance program—exploring ways the finance system can be transformed into a force for structural inclusion and finding ways to make the transformation.
