Paola Bacchetta is Professor and Vice-Chair for Research in the Department of Gender and Women's Studies at University of California, Berkeley. She was the first Chair of the Gender Consortium at Berkeley. She has published over 70 articles and book chapters on: feminist queer decolonial theory; lesbian and queer of color activism; gender, sexuality and right-wing movements (India, France, U.S.).
