On November 12, Professor john a. powell explored the importance of leading for belonging at a Webinar offered through the Transformational Education Leadership program. During the Webinar, Professor powell emphasized the importance of leadership narratives that promote a sense of true belonging, especially in a country that remains deeply divided, and how inner transformation can lead toward structural change.
