Julian Chun-Chung Chow is a professor at the UC Berkeley School of Social Welfare.

A leading scholar in community-based social service delivery, Dr. Chow's research interests include innovative community practice in urban poverty, ethnic and immigration neighborhoods; community analysis and needs assessment; program planning and development; and culturally responsive services. His current research looks at why racial/ethnic and immigrant minorities struggle to access available services, aiming to identify ways to transform social services for the underserved and improve service delivery for immigrant populations and communities.
