Christina Long Vail (she/her) is a Research Associate with Blueprint for Belonging. Christina is a researcher, policy analyst, and former counselor fueled by community voice in social change.
Christina's prior work centered on promoting youth and young adult voices, where she has engaged in local, state, and national initiatives. As a former Policy Manager, Christina worked alongside advocates, state leaders, and organizations to champion projects in health care, workforce development, apprenticeship programs, and higher education. Christina holds a B.A. in Political Science and Minor in Public Affairs from UCLA, an M.A. in Counselor Education from The Ohio State University, and an M.A. in Policy, Organizations, and Leadership from Stanford University.
Christina is an artist at heart. Her 'claim to fame' is that she once performed a song from Frozen to welcome students in Kindergarten classes on their first day of school.
