The Inclusiveness Index is an annual equity index that identifies and captures the degree of inclusion and marginality.
The Index is a diagnostic instrument intended to help us redefine the ways in which we think about a true democratic and inclusive society, and illustrate how different metropolitan regions, states and countries fare relative to each other in terms of inclusivity and marginality. Our efforts this year in developing the Inclusiveness Index were focused on identifying overarching themes that capture broader issues of inclusion or exclusion. The indicators selected reflect the experience of marginalized groups across contexts. Download the 2016 index.
