Gabriel Diamond

Gabriel Diamond is an award winning filmmaker, actor, dancer, and artist/activist.

About
As an interactive artist, Gabriel is often dreaming up scenarios to provoke play and empathy between strangers. He co-created the Vulnerable Rally as a social experiment—blending street theatre, shadow work, community building, and social/political commentary. His Blindfolded Contact Dance practice emerged from a desire to dance free from self judgement, connect to source, and increase sensitivity and trust between dancers. His Free Little Treasure Library is a hyper local installation where neighbors exchange gifts anonymously. He received his theatre training at Trinity Rep Conservatory. He lives in Oakland, with his daughter and partner.
