gina began her walk with spirit and music at age 9. singing and sounding with the mothers of her holy roller baptist meets pentecost church, in Apalachicola, Fla. She is from brackish water and beings that lay hands and sound to heal and move energy. gina's first professional work was singing behind the incomparable Phylis Hyman, she then went on to tour the world as Harry belafonte's featured vocalist, before creating the role of "Sarabi", in the Broadway production of "The Lion King". She has worked as an actor and healer on set for 2 spike lee joints; "chiraq", & " livin da dream". gina tours the world, in person & virtually, with her music and medicine that she calls The Vibration of Grace™, from Kiagali to Oakland, she holds sound healing circles in every city she visits. gina is a grief doula, a way shower, a channel for mercy, grace, and fierce love.
