Debbie Lacy is a community advocate, facilitator, and consultant.

About

 She co-founded the Eastside Refugee and Immigrant Coalition (ERIC) in 2002 and helped bring the welcoming movement to cities in East King County, Washington. Ms. Lacy is currently the Founder and CEO of Eastside For All, a race and social justice advocacy organization. Debbie has a B.A. in Psychology from Wellesley College and a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. Her organization's Build for Belonging work advances racial equity through transformative placemaking efforts.
