Magdalena Pocheć

Magda Pochec is a feminist and resource justice activist. In 2018 she initiated and co-founded the Feminist Fund in Poland which is a community-led, trust-based, particapatory grantmaker supporting grassroot and frontline organizers. Magda has a background in transformative philanthropy. In the past few years she’s been involved with FRIDA The Young Feminist Fund, FundAction and Fenomenal Funds. A cross-cultural psychologist by training, Magda co-authored and co-edited two subsequent alternative reports on the implementation of CEDAW (the UN Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women) in Poland.
