About

My name is Toni McNeil. I was born and raised in Stockton, California.  I am a Community Organizer with Faith In the Valley San Joaquin. Head Coach & Lead Organizer of the Stockton Concrete Team. I lead the organizing efforts within Stockton for the Restorative Justice work within  LiveFree California, PICO California, and LiveFree USA. I am motivated by the raw energy, power, influence, and capacity of the survivors of this War on Poverty, War on Crime, War on Drugs, Prison Industrial Complex, and White Supremacist System that makes up the One percent elitist who run this Country on the backs of the People of Color within this society.  

 

I am the originator and facilitator of Anti-Black Conversations as well as the founder of Concrete Development~ Consulting & Leadership Development  LLC. We provide Training/Coaching/Mentoring and Group Facilitation. With a focus on restorative justice, civic engagement, racial and systemic equity and leadership development.
