About

Rhea’s experience in education, non-profit, and social impact has allowed her to build expertise in human-centered design, community-informed campaigns, and strategic operations/infrastructure building. As Director of Impact, Rhea is responsible for the development and implementation of Revolve Impact’s strategic social impact goals and objectives, both internally and externally. This includes building the infrastructure for projects and campaigns that will yield the most impact. Rhea holds a B.A. in Child & Adolescent Development from Cal State Northridge, and a M.S. in Social Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business.
