On November 27, 2018 Haas Institute Assistant Director Stephen Menendian gave a presentation titled "The Fair Housing Act at 50: The Perils and Promise of Disparate Impact." The presentation was given before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission at a symposium on the 50th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act.
