Marina Blum (she/her) is a GSR with the Equity Metrics program and a master's student in Public Health at UC Berkeley in the Health and Social Behavior concentration. At the Othering & Belonging Institute, she works with the Equity Metrics program where she researches inclusiveness and COVID-19 outcomes.

She earned her B.A in Public Health at UC Berkeley in 2016, completing a thesis on U.S. public perceptions of vaccination. Prior to returning to school, she served as a San Francisco Fellow with the City and County of San Francisco, among other roles. She continues to investigate the relationship between social influences, inequities and communicable disease to advance equitable health outcomes
