Hillary Nguyen Pham (she/her) is a first-year Master of City Planning student at UC Berkeley, joining the Othering & Belonging Institute as a graduate student research assistant working on transportation equity.
She was born and raised in Stockton, CA, and went on to graduate from UCLA with a B.S. in Environmental Science and a minor in Environmental Systems and Society. After graduating, she returned back to Stockton and was an Americorps CivicSpark Fellow with the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) to help catalyze key regional transportation projects. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, drawing, and trying out new restaurants.
