Building Belonging at Scale: A Bridging Partnership Model

Community Leadership Programs across the country create local infrastructure for bridging by convening diverse leaders in sustained relationships where shared stories and lived experience can build trust and collaborative action. This session showcases a partnership between the National Community Leadership Collaborative and Convergence Center for Policy Resolution to develop a scalable model for strengthening bridging skills within those programs. Participants will leave with a framework for scaling bridging and problem solving, a stronger understanding of this civic infrastructure, and ideas for connecting with it locally.
