Andre Soucy is a graduate student research assistant at the Othering & Belonging Institute. He is a first-year Master of City Planning student at UC Berkeley. Andre worked in transportation planning research for 4 years at the University of Florida, where he completed a B.S. in Civil Engineering. His research interests include transportation equity and accessibility, transportation and land use coordination, active transportation, and transit-oriented development. Outside of his studies and research, Andre enjoys skateboarding, weightlifting, riding transit, and exploring cities on foot.
